• Saturday May 16: Saturday morning 10:15 am Budokon class @ Zazen Spa before rolling into the radio station to host episode # 119 on The Earth Lounge @ 2:30 pm. The plan was to rent a BIXI bike and cycle up to the station but due to rain had to xnay that bright idea.
  
• Friday May 15: Victoria Day Long weekend kick-off! Yello summer 2009! Went cycling Friday morning; caught the new movie ANGELS & DEMONS in the afternoon . The film based on the Dan Brown novel. Brown also penned the novel the DA VINCI CODE. Both novels brought to the big screen by Ron Howard and starring Tom Hanks; pub hopping with friends on Friday evening.
  
• Down to the Final Four in the 2009 NHL Playoffs! My Red Wings up against the Blackhawks in an Original Six showdown in the Western Conference final. The Pesky Penguins facing the Cardiac Canes in the Eastern Conference final. Go Wings Go!
  
• Thursday May 14: Played Indoor Beach Volleyball @ 365 Volleyball with my team the SOBs.
  
• Wednesday May 13: Belated Mother's Day get together with my mum. A day trip down to the Eastern Townships. Visited my mum. Dropped off my dog Nina with my mum and brother.
  
• Tuesday May 13: Attended the CINQ FM 102.3 Board of Director's meeting in the evening Power Outage on Blvd. St. Laurent knocked us off the air for a bit. We had to finish the meeting at another local. 
  
• Monday May 12: Did an Advanced Budokon class @ Zazen Spa in the evening.
